With process certification, certain demands are made with respect to the manufacturing process. These demands are based on the Codex Alimentarius document ‘General Principles of Food Hygiene’. In collaboration with the dairy industry, a number of specific process certification systems have been designed for:

  • Cheese packers*
  • Manufacturers of butter products
  • Milk transport
  • Cheese transport
  • Intra transport
